Rates are quoted in United States Dollars
Rates are applicable to FIT and/or group bookings
Mozambique rates include 17% IVA
Child rates and policy applicable in specified room type only.
Children accommodated in other room types pay full rate as stated
Rates are quoted per person per night, where specified
Rates are quoted per suite, where specified
All meal surcharge rates are subject to change without prior notice
Maximum number of pax allowed per room category as specified

FIT/LEISURE DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

Cancellation policy
01-30 days before travel (01 month) – 100% cancellation fee
31-90 days before travel (02-03 months) – 20% cancellation fee
91-180 days before travel (04-06 months) – 10% cancellation fee
181 days plus before travel (07 months plus) – No cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will be calculated against the accommodation portion of the invoice only and invoiced accordingly

Deposit required
20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm the booking

Payment policy
Full pre-payment required 45 days before travel. Bank transfer fees are not for that of Vilanculos Beach Lodge.

Release dates
All bookings made with VBL will be held provisionally unless otherwise requested, at the time of booking
Bookings made within 30 days (1 month) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 24 hours
Bookings made within 31-90 days (02-03 months) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 3 days
Bookings made within 91-180 days (04-06 months) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 7 days
Bookings made within 181 days and over (07 months plus) of travel will be held provisional for a maximum of 30 days
Bookings must be confirmed by release date, bookings not re-confirmed by release date will be automatically released without notice.

Group terms and conditons (15 adults & above) differ and are available on request.

Terms and conditions of payments and cancellations

All reservation amendments / changes have to be done in writing.
(No verbal changes will be accepted)

Rates include
Accommodation and use of facilities, Vilanculos Airport Transfers and Breakfast

Rates exclude
International/Domestic flights, Arrival/Departure Taxes, Visas, Lunch, Dinner, Activities, Beverages, Gratuity, Laundry and All items not stated.
